Somatic Integration to Well-Being
Life Balance and Wellness Series
Reconnect with your body, your breath, and a community moving toward the same thing: a steadier, more grounded way of being. A small-group program open to anyone who wants to feel more at home in their body, no trauma history or therapy background required.
What this Program is for
The Somatic Integration to Well-Being is a group program built on somatic practices: gentle, body-based tools that help you notice, regulate, and reconnect with your physical experience. It draws on the same body-centered principles that inform our clinical work, but this program itself is educational and wellness-focused. It is not therapy, and it does not require any prior diagnosis, trauma history, or clinical intake.
We built this group for people who've noticed they live a lot of life "in their heads" - busy, stretched thin, a little disconnected from their own bodies - and who want a structured, supported way back into presence, ease, and connection with others.
This program can help you:
Build a felt sense of calm you can access on your own, not just in the room
Learn simple, practical tools for shifting your nervous system state
Practice breath and movement-based grounding techniques
Feel less alone, in a small group of people doing this work alongside you
Build a sustainable rhythm of self-regulation and self-connection
Note: This is a wellness and education program, not a substitute for therapy. If you're currently working through significant trauma, are in crisis, or think you'd benefit from clinical care, our team can help you find the right level of support, including our individual Somatic Therapy or Intensive Outpatient Program.

Jackie Corbally [MSW, CRMT, CBF, NCC, CCF] Co-Owner and CEO
As the Co-owner of the Center for Trauma Recovery and owner of Woven Waters Life Coaching I know firsthand the significance of somatic work. I know firsthand what it's like to feel disconnected from my own body. My approach is gentle, curious, and rooted in the belief that everyone already has the capacity for calm - sometimes we just need the right practices and the right people around us to find it again. As a practitioner for over 40 years I believe in the gentle approach of realigning oneself to live your best life to find the gifts that live within.
