Trauma-Informed Therapy Services, Online and in Vermont
We honor the individuality of each woman’s experience and intentionally design our programs to address each unique needs. Our trauma-focused IOP incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic and body-based interventions, and life skills development. In addition, our team includes certified art and music therapists to support creative expression as part of the healing process.
All clinicians involved in the program are fully licensed professionals with extensive experience in trauma-informed care. Our facilitators bring both expertise and compassion to their work, and take great pride in supporting each woman with intention, respect, and dedication.
