Which level is right for you?
Somatic Non-clinical Program
The Somatic Integration to Well-Being is a group program built on somatic practices: gentle, body-based tools that help you notice, regulate, and reconnect with your physical experience. It draws on the same body-centered principles that inform our clinical work. This program is educational and wellness-focused. It is not therapy, and it does not require any prior diagnosis.
We built this group for women who've noticed they live a lot of life "in their heads" - busy, stretched thin, a little disconnected from their own bodies - and who want a structured, supported way back into presence, ease, and connection with others.
Intensive Outpatient Therapy
An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for trauma/complex trauma is a structured, therapeutic program designed for women who are struggling with trauma-related issues but do not require inpatient hospitalization. It provides a higher level of support than typical outpatient therapy while allowing participants to continue living at home.
At C4TR, our trauma-focused IOP is designed to support women who need more intensive care than weekly therapy, offering structured treatment, skill-building, and connection in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.
